Meet PeaceJam’s New Executive Director!
A Journey Rooted in Peace and Leadership
Lauren’s PeaceJam journey began in 2016 as a volunteer in the UK, and since then, she has dedicated herself to expanding youth peacebuilding programs across Latin America and beyond. As Director of Global Programs, she played a pivotal role in leading transformative events and initiatives alongside our Nobel Laureates, ensuring that young people around the world had the tools and mentorship needed to create lasting change.
Since September, Lauren has served as Interim Executive Director, guiding the organization with passion, vision, and a deep commitment to empowering youth.
A Leader Committed to Peace and Youth Empowerment
Lauren brings a strong foundation in peace education, leadership, and advocacy to her new role. As a Rotary Peace Fellow with a Master’s in Peace Studies, she has spent years managing cultural exchange programs, leading intergroup dialogue facilitation, and championing the power of youth-driven peacebuilding.
Her work has helped strengthen PeaceJam’s mission of inspiring the next generation of changemakers to take action, challenge injustice, and build a more peaceful world.
