About Us

Lighting the Path Enterprises is a nonprofit organization which is working to alleviate poverty through giving knowledge, skills and supplies. We research, develop and implement empowerment projects for marginalized populations living in poverty. We partner with missionaries, community and social outreach groups to reach out to those in poverty with supplies, education and training to empower them to improve their own lives. We teach skills to make a product or provide a service which will generate income. We teach small business practices to help insure success and sustainability and provide start up supplies and funds. We focus on women, children and the disabled, but will work with anyone regardless of gender, race, age and always respect cultural differences. We encourage everyone to take time to teach and share knowledge with others to help people help themselves.
