Get ready for our next in-person event in Winchester, with an option to join for a shorter online slam for those unable to attend in person.

After the amazing questions posed at last year's Slam our Youth Team came up with this year's theme: perseverance. Addressing the questions and issues that youth WANT to talk about. With youth panels, neer peer mentoring, supporting youth choices and all influenced by our Youth Team! We're here to facilitate the next generation of changemakers.

Our PeaceJammers can pick one of three pathways to complete workshops in: refugees, climate change and conflict.

There will be a focus on our commonly asked question 'how do I get started' tackling these big issues!

There will be a youth panel with leaders in each area to answer our PeaceJammers' questions! Plus group sessions to develop the discussion and ideas.

PeaceJam is more than just a one-day event, we aim to support young people throughout their journey so this year we're implementing an optional six-week programme including teaching resources and online sessions to prepare PeaceJammers and introduce social action but also after our in-person event to underpin social action development and answer: what happens next and how do I keep going?

*Students from throughout that region are invited to attend the slam to engage in workshops and service. They also meet in small groups facilitated by college-aged mentors. Participants leave the slam inspired to build the PeaceJam program in their schools and organizations and develop meaningful and sustainable service projects through the Global Calls to Action.
