About this Act
Students from Zhongzheng Elementary School in Hualien embarked on a year-long project to explore and protect the city's unique street trees. They measured tree height, identified species, and raised awareness about the importance of these trees through activities like photography exhibitions and interactive events. Collaborating with local authorities, they proposed improvements like adding signage and promoting tree adoption. Through this project, they aimed to bridge the gap between government efforts and community involvement, ensuring a greener, more sustainable Hualien for future generations.
