About this Act
The Ocean Times is a Community Outlet with the aim to allow people residing within previously disadvantaged communities to be the author of their own stories.
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and the impact on previously disadvantaged communities in South Africa, The Ocean Times is a platform that unites affected communities, participants, and stakeholders to engage in progressive dialogue with the intention of developing responsive solutions for high-risk communities in the Far South Peninsula in Cape Town, South Africa.
