About this Act
Students from Nanguo Elementary School in Changhua took action to revive and preserve the historic Nanguo Governor’s Residence, a nearly 100-year-old site. After noticing the neglect and lack of public awareness about the building, they collaborated with local designers to transform the residence into a vibrant exhibition space. Their efforts led to the school becoming the first in Taiwan to manage a cultural heritage site, showcasing the potential for creative, community-driven revitalization of historical properties.
