My name is Jiang, and I am from East Asia. For a long time, I have wanted to contribute to the progress of the world, and have been working on a project that will enable the steady and rapid development of humankind. In accordance with the process principle of human history, after repeated exploration, I believe that I have finally found a robust way to push forward human society on a large scale. The WEform scheme is practical and concrete, and will be able to realize human society's solid leap forward smoothly with rigorous technical mechanism and controllable engineering process. This will enable human beings to fundamentally tackle the grave problems plaguing humanity and efficiently build a world of perpetual peace, complete justice, comprehensive prosperity, and complete freedom for all, which should be groundbreaking in human history. I hope to contribute my achievement to the world as soon as possible and play a role in promoting the steady and rapid progress of human society. However, the practice of this plan requires universal human understanding and common action, and it should be carried out in accordance with scientific procedures and sound steps. Such a major plan for the future of the entire human race first needs to be addressed to all humans to ensure that its principles and significance are generally understood. Moreover, it needs to be fully discussed for collaborative improvement, and to confirm its rationality and complete feasibility. Finally, before its implementation, human consensus should be formed to ensure that the unprecedented transformation of humanity promoted by the WEform scheme can proceed steadily, until reaching the goal of the ideal world as scheduled.

Politicians and social activists have a broad and far-reaching vision from the vantage point of human society and sharper insight into the developmental trend of society and the direction of human progress. They are also well versed in human contradictions and have a deep understanding of the effective means by which humans solve problems. Furthermore, they have a more realistic vision of an ideal world and a view of humanity's path to a better future.
