About this Act
ImPower Youth Mentoring Program
YES has created the ImPower Youth Mentorship Program aiming to deliver genuine connection and comfort to teens living in rural areas of border regions of Armenia regularly affected by tension on the borders and war. The ImPower Program provides space for allyship and friendship to flourish.
The mentees of the ImPower Youth Mentoring Program are matched with their mentors to foster lifelong connections between the youth and the professionals from various fields and to create significant interpersonal ties with each other. The mentors coming from all over the world provide education and career guidance to their mentees, motivate and support them, help to explore future career options and identify the resources, encourage their aspirations and become role models and life-long friends.
The ImPower Youth Mentoring Program by YES is known as one of the best projects to change lives of youth and provide them opportunities to grow, learn and develop.
