About this Act
After meeting with Bjorn Ihler, we started working along with Leonardo Párraga (former winner of the "Billion Hero Award") in order to create a space in Latin America and the Caribbean that follows the principles of the Resolution 2250 of the Security Council and the ones that followed after.
We started meeting with different youth groups of the region and we decided to create the space called "JuventudesXLaPaz", a spanish chapter of the "Youth4Peace" movement.
We made the official launch on August 18th.
The space now helds over 20 organizations that works in peace building in the region.
