Sugeily's project
focused on breaking down taboos regarding menstruation, making the participating girls and young women question myths about it, reconcile themselves with its process and seek alternatives for menstrual management that diminish our environmental footprint. The project also created awareness among men, who also had access to this information. As a result of her efforts, she received an invitation to implement the project hand in hand with Asociación de Guías y Scouts de Costa Rica.
This project reached 47 girls.
